Recipe oreo double chocolate cheesecake

If you all are just as much as a sweeth tooth as me, you probably like chocolate. And Oreo’s. And most definitely the combination of these two! Lucky you, because today I am sharing a recipe of an amazing no-bake Oreo double chocolate cheesecake that I have made on my birthday.

I can assure you, everyone loooooved it! Although I am happy that most of it had been eaten because it is a total calorie bomb haha. However it didn’t stop me from taking a double piece as breakfast the day after. Just to be done with it, you know?! 😉 This cake is not only delicious, but also very easy to make. And you are allowed to steal some Oreo cookies while preparing it. I can never resist. Are you excited already? Let’s create some magic then!

What do you need?

  • Round/baking cake form 20-24cm
  • Baking paper
  • 3 packages of Oreo
  • 100g butter
  • 400g of Philadelphia natural (I used the light version just because it sounded better, who am I fooling haha?
  • 500ml cream for whipped cream
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 100g dark chocolate

How do you make a Oreo double chocolate cheesecake?

Rub some butter on the inside of the baking form and put some baking paper on the bottom. I usually lock the baking form on the paper and cut off the paper on the outside of the form.

Melt the butter. Put 1,5 package of Oreo cookies in the kitchen machine and crush until crumbled. Mix the butter and the Oreo cookies. Put this mixture on bottom of the form, divide equally and make it massive with the back of a spoon.

Melt the white chocolate and dark chocolate Au Bain Marie in two different bowls. In the meantime, mix the Philadelphia with the cream and whip it until you have an airy and creamy consistence. Split this in two bowls. Mix half of the Philadelphia mixture with the white chocolate and the other half with the dark chocolate.

Chop the rest of the Oreo and split in two. Mix half of it with the white chocolate Philadeplhia mixture. Put the other half aside. Pour the dark chocolate mixture on top of the Oreo bottom. Then pour the white chocolate mixture carefully on top of that. Try to not mix it.

Add the rest of the Oreo on top of the cake and put the Oreo double chocolate cheesecake in the fridge for at least four hours.
